Operation
The mono pump is a screw pump characterized by an internally sealed gearing system, and belongs to the rotor displacement pump category. Its core mechanism consists of the combination of a stator with a double-start female thread and a rotor in planetary motion facilitated by a universal coupling. The continuous mesh between the stator and the rotor forms multiple sealed spaces, which move axially without changing in volume, thereby transporting the medium from the inlet to the outlet port without causing confusion or disruption. This makes it ideal for lifting mediums containing solid matter, abrasive particles, and viscous liquids.
