Operation
The mono pump, a screw pump with internal gearing, belongs to the rotor displacement pump category. Its key components include a stator with a two-start female thread and a rotor in planetary motion, connected by a universal coupling. The continuous meshing between the stator and rotor forms multiple enclosed spaces that move axially without changing volume, transmitting the medium from the inlet to the outlet port without turbulence or disruption. This makes it particularly suitable for handling mediums containing solid matter, abrasive particles, and viscous liquids.
