Fusil Hydrochloric Pump - FGY Series

The FGY Series offers a more perfect product line compared to the RY type. It has a longer service life and can transport fusil salts as well as convert them into fusil hydrochloric salt for use in heat chemical engineering material transport.
The design of the FGY Series takes into consideration the efficient cooling of moving parts, ensuring optimal performance even in work circumstances involving saturated steam. The following improvements have been made:
- The bearings part is equipped with a cooling device to prevent the influence of high temperatures on the quality of bearings.
- The cooling water directly contacts the stalk, preventing the heat from spreading to the moving parts.
- A special construction ensures that cooling water does not enter the quality of the pump.
- The heat seal device does not require maintenance, preventing the transport of harmful substances such as saturated steam and second nitrate, which can be harmful to humans.
The FGY Series pump is made from a combination of materials that can withstand heat, corrosion, and abrasion. It is suitable for various applications, including solid alkali, fluorin break, fusil hydrochloric, phosphate fertilizer, and petroleum break solution. The pump's design eliminates heat transfer to the moving parts, significantly increasing its lifespan compared to other fusil hydrochloric pumps.
