Operation
The mono pump, a screw pump sealed within its internal gearing, is a type of rotor displacement pump. Its core component is a combination of a stator with a two-start female thread and a rotor in planetary motion, connected by a universal coupling. This assembly creates numerous continuous spaces between the stator and rotor, maintaining constant volume as they axially move. The medium is transmitted from the inlet to the outlet port without confusion or disruption, making it ideal for lifting mediums containing solid matter, abrasive particles, and viscous liquids.
