The medium temperature ranges from 0ºC to 105ºC. Different components are used based on the temperature of the medium.
- For temperatures from -20ºC to 0ºC: Heat preservation closed cover and low-temperature wearable guide bearing are utilized.
- For temperatures from 105ºC to 180ºC: Cooling closed cover and high-temperature wearable guide bearing are employed.
When ordering, specify the temperature range of the medium.
If the medium has minimal solid particles, the sliding bearing should be an outer-lubricated bearing. This must be clearly stated when ordering (applicable for water and other allowed mediums with an outer pressure exceeding 0.2MPa).
Operating pressure is designed at 1.6 MPa.
Performance range: Capacity: 1.6-2600m³/h, Head: 5-132m.
The materials in contact with the liquid can be selected as cast iron(H), cast steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti(B), 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti(M), 304, 304L, 306, 306L, 904, Lewme t Alloy, 20# Alloy based on the medium.
