Overview
The TL type desulfurization pump is a new generation of high-efficiency series desulfurization pumps developed based on the successful design and manufacturing experience of the ZM series slurry pump, taking into account the characteristics of pumps used for flue gas desulfurization in China, and absorbing advanced technology from similar products at home and abroad. The maximum flow range of the pump can reach 12000m ³/ h. The head of the pump is generally below 100m, covering all pump operating conditions for desulfurization systems. It can be used as a large slurry circulation pump for absorption towers, a limestone slurry delivery pump, a gypsum slurry discharge pump, a recovery pump, a pit pump, etc.

Performance and material characteristics

The size of the all metal pump is easy to control and ensure, the surface smoothness of the parts is high, the clearance between the parts is small, the volumetric efficiency is high, and the overall efficiency is more than 5% higher than that of non-metallic pumps.
The service life of overcurrent components is long, and the metal protective plate has a stronger ability to withstand shear sliding wear than general non-metallic materials, and can withstand long-term shear wear.
The dynamic wear resistance is 0.008~0.08mm/year, with high tensile strength and the ability to maintain constant performance under long-term wear and corrosion conditions.
Type of shaft seal
All shaft seals are equipped with mechanical seals. Our company has two types of mechanical seals: those with shaft seal water and those without shaft seal water.
With shaft seal water type
Double end mechanical seal, shaft seal water flow rate is 0.1-1% of pump flow rate, but the minimum is not less than 1m ³/ H; The pressure of the shaft seal water is equal to half of the pump outlet pressure.
Sealless water type
The self flushing mechanical seal with anhydrous medium has a unique structure and good water-saving effect.
