Operation
The mono pump is an internally sealed screw pump classified as a rotor displacement pump. Its core consists of a stator with a two-start female thread and a rotor in planetary motion, connected via a universal coupling. The intricate meshing between the stator and the rotor creates multiple spaces that move axially while maintaining a constant volume, ensuring smooth transmission of the medium from the inlet to the outlet port. This design minimizes disturbance, making it ideal for mediums with solid matter, abrasive particles, and viscous liquids.
