The IHG(ISG) series single-step single-priming duct centrifugal pump, designed based on the IS centrifugal pump model, is a high-quality pump suitable for various service temperatures and media. It includes options for hot water, high-temperature, and corrosive applications, ensuring high efficiency, energy conservation, low noise, and reliability. Additionally, it can be equipped with an explosion-proof motor (IRG, IHG, ISG, IHGB) as per customer requirements and is manufactured in accordance with ISO2858 standards.

 

Features:

 

1. The pump has a vertical structure with inlet and outlet of the same diameter on the same axis, allowing for easy installation in ducts or outdoors with a protection hood.


2. It features mechanical seal or mechanical combination shaft seal with imported Ti alloy seal ring and hard alloy for longevity.


3. Convenient installation and maintenance without the need to disassemble the piping system, as the entire rotor can be accessed by dismantling the pump bracket nut.


4. Serial or parallel connection options are available based on flow capacity and delivery lift requirements.


5. Vertical or horizontal installation can be selected to meet specific piping arrangement needs.

Package: We provide export plywood packing for our products.

 

Manufacturing Time: Depending on order quantity and pump types, manufacturing typically takes between 30 to 120 days.

 

Payment Terms: We prefer a payment term of 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% to be paid before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.

 

Materials Used: Our pumps are made using materials such as Ni-hard alloy, 1CR18NI9TI, 304L, CW-2, 316L, 904L, CD4MCUMM-4, 2507, double-phase steel series, J-1 alloy, JM3, JM6, Kazak B, C alloy, Monel alloy, Ti, and Nialloy.

 

Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty after commissioning or 18 months after delivery, whichever comes first.
