The FGY Series offers a more perfect product line compared to the RY type. It has a longer service life and is capable of transporting fusil salts as well as converting them into fusil hydrochloric salt. Additionally, it can be used for heat chemical engineering material transport.
The design of the FGY Series takes into consideration the efficient cooling of moving parts. It can handle work circumstances involving saturated steam and ensures an improved performance compared to the original RY type pump. The following improvements have been verified through experimentation:
- The bearings part is equipped with a cooling device to prevent the influence of high temperatures on the quality of the bearings.
- The cooling water directly contacts the stalk, preventing the heat from spreading to the moving parts.
- A special construction ensures that cooling water does not enter the quality of the pump.
- The heat seal device does not require maintenance, ensuring that the quality of the pump is not affected by steam. This is particularly important in work circumstances involving the transport of meltdown salt, where even a small amount of saturated steam and second nitrate can be harmful to humans and potentially cancer-causing.
The FGY Series pump is made from a combination of materials that can withstand heat, corrosion, and abrasion.
