The FY series corrosive vertical submerged pump is a single-stage, single-suction long-shaft submerged centrifugal pump designed according to the International Standard ISO2858. It offers high efficiency, power savings, and operating reliability. This pump is suitable for corrosive mediums with temperatures ranging from 0ºC to 105ºC.

The medium temperature ranges from 0ºC to 105ºC. Different components are used based on the temperature of the medium.
- For temperatures from -20ºC to 0ºC: Heat preservation closed cover and low-temperature wearable guide bearing are used.
- For temperatures from 105ºC to 180ºC: Cooling closed cover and high-temperature wearable guide bearing are used.
When ordering, specify the temperature range of the medium.
If the medium has minimal solid particles, the sliding bearing should be an outer-lubricated bearing. This must be clearly stated when ordering (applicable for water and other allowed mediums with an outer pressure over 0.2MPa).
Operating pressure is designed at 1.6 MPa.
Performance range: Capacity: 1.6-2600m³/h, Head: 5-132m.
The materials in contact with the liquid can be selected as cast iron(H), cast steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti(B), 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti(M), 304, 304L, 306, 306L, 904, Lewme t Alloy, 20# Alloy according to the different medium.
