Operation
The mono pump is a screw pump that operates through internal gearing, classifying it as a rotor displacement pump. The key component is the assembly of a stator with a two-start female thread and a rotor that moves in a planetary motion via a universal coupling. This configuration forms multiple continuous spaces that move axially without changing volume, ensuring the medium is transferred smoothly from the inlet to the outlet port. As a result, the liquid remains unmixed and undisturbed, making this pump ideal for handling mediums with solid particles, abrasive materials, and viscous liquids.
