Operation
The mono pump is a precision-engineered screw pump, featuring sealed internal gearing and categorized as a rotor displacement pump. The core component is a combination of a stator with a two-start female thread and a rotor in planetary motion via a universal coupling. The continual meshing of the stator and rotor forms multiple spaces. As these enclosed spaces move axially without changing volume, the medium is transmitted from the inlet port to the outlet port without confusion or disruption. This makes it exceptionally suitable for lifting mediums that contain solid matter, abrasive particles, and viscous liquids.
