FY Series Corrosive Vertical Submerged Pump
Stainless Steel Centrifugal Pump
Introducing the FY series corrosive vertical submerged pump from Jiangsu Guanfeng Pump Valve Technology Co., Ltd. This single-stage single-suction long-shaft submerged centrifugal pump is designed according to International Standard ISO2858, ensuring high efficiency and power savings. It is ideal for pumping corrosive mediums with temperatures ranging from 0ºC to 105ºC.
The pump features a heat preservation closed cover for temperatures from -20ºC to 0ºC, and a cooling closed cover for temperatures from 105ºC to 180ºC. The operating pressure is designed at 1.6 MPa, with a performance range of 1.6-2600m³/h capacity and 5-132m head.
Materials contacting with the liquid can be selected from cast iron, cast steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 304, 304L, 306, 306L, 904, Lewmet Alloy, and 20# Alloy based on the medium being pumped.

The medium temperature varies from 0ºC to 105ºC. Heat preservation closed cover and low - temperature wearable guide bearing are used when the temperature of the medium is from -20ºC to 0ºC, cooling closed cover and high-temperature wearable guide bearing are used when the temperature of the medium is from 105ºC to 180ºC. This condition must be stated when ordering.
If the medium has little solid particle, sliding bearing should be outer-lubricated bearing, which shall be stated clearly when ordering (water and other allowed medium whose outer pressure is over 0.2MPa).
Operating pressure is designed at 1.6 MPa.
Performance range: Capacity: 1.6-2600m³/h, head: 5-132m.
The materials contacting with liquid can be selected as cast iron(H), cast steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti(B), 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti(M), 304, 304L, 306, 306L, 904, Lewme t Alloy, 20# Alloy according to different medium.
