The FY series corrosive vertical submerged pump is a single-stage single-suction long-shaft submerged centrifugal pump designed according to International Standard ISO2858. It offers high efficiency, power saving, and operating reliability. Suitable for corrosive mediums with temperatures ranging from 0ºC to 105ºC, it features heat preservation and cooling options based on medium temperature. The pump can handle capacities from 1.6-2600m³/h and heads from 5-132m, with operating pressure set at 1.6 MPa.

The medium temperature varies from 0ºC to 105ºC. Heat preservation closed cover and low-temperature wearable guide bearing are used when the temperature of the medium is from -20ºC to 0ºC, cooling closed cover and high-temperature wearable guide bearing are used when the temperature of the medium is from 105ºC to 180ºC. This condition must be stated when ordering.
If the medium has little solid particle, sliding bearing should be outer-lubricated bearing, which shall be stated clearly when ordering (water and other allowed medium whose outer pressure is over 0.2MPa).
Operating pressure is designed at 1.6 MPa.
Performance range: Capacity: 1.6-2600m³/h, head: 5-132m.
The materials contacting with liquid can be selected as cast iron(H), cast steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti(B), 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti(M), 304, 304L, 306, 306L, 904, Lewme t Alloy, 20# Alloy according to different medium.
