The IHG(ISG) series single-step single-priming duct centrifugal pump, designed based on the IS centrifugal pump model, is a high-quality pump suitable for various service temperatures and media. It includes options for hot water, high-temperature, and corrosive pumping needs. The pump features high efficiency, energy conservation, low noise, and reliable performance. Additionally, it can be equipped with an explosion-proof motor (IRG, IHG, ISG, IHGB) as per customer requirements and is manufactured in accordance with ISO2858 standards.

 

Features:

 

1. The pump has a vertical structure with an inlet and outlet of the same diameter on the same axis, allowing for easy installation in ducts. It has a compact appearance, small covering area, and requires minimal construction investment. It can also be mounted outdoors with a protection hood.


2. For shaft seal, the pump uses a mechanical seal or mechanical combination made of imported Ti alloy seal ring and hard alloy for wear resistance, ensuring longevity.


3. Installation and maintenance are convenient as the entire rotor can be removed without disassembling the piping system by simply dismantling the nut of the pump bracket.


4. The pump offers options for serial connection and parallel connection based on flow capacity and delivery lift requirements.


5. It can be installed vertically or horizontally based on piping arrangement needs.

Manufacturing Time: Depending on order quantity and pump types, manufacturing typically takes between 30 to 120 days.

 

Payment Term: We prefer a payment term of 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
