The Mono Pump is specifically engineered to handle a wide range of liquids, including neutral or corrosive liquids, uncontaminated or abrasive liquids, liquids containing gases or which tend to froth, and liquids of high or low viscosity. It is also capable of efficiently pumping liquids containing fibrous and solid material.
The Mono Pump finds extensive use in industries such as the food industry, textile mill, paper-making, petro-industry, chemical industry, shipbuilding, building industry, nuclear industry, metallurgical and mining industries, and more.
The Mono Pump is a screw pump sealed on the inside gearing, belonging to the rotor displacement pump category. It consists of a stator with two-start female threads and a rotor in planetary motion, driven by the universal coupling. The stator and rotor continuously mesh, creating multiple spaces that remain unchanged in volume. The medium being handled is transmitted from the inlet port to the outlet port through these spaces, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted flow. This makes the Mono Pump highly suitable for lifting mediums containing solid matter, abrasive particles, and viscous liquids.
