Operation
Operational Excellence: The mono pump, a screw pump with interior gearing, is classified as a rotor displacement pump. Its core components include a stator with a double-start female thread and a rotor in planetary motion, connected via a universal coupling. As the stator and rotor mesh continually, they create multiple enclosed spaces that move axially, maintaining constant volume. This design ensures seamless transmission of the medium from inlet to outlet without disturbance, making it ideal for lifting mediums containing solid matter, abrasive particles, and viscous liquids.
