Operation
The mono pump operates as an internally sealed screw pump, classified as a rotor displacement pump. It features a stator with a two-start female thread and a rotor engaging in planetary motion via a universal coupling. This continuous meshing creates multiple sealed spaces, which move axially without volume changes, transporting the medium from the inlet to the outlet port. This ensures a smooth, non-turbulent flow, making it ideal for lifting mediums containing solid particles, abrasive materials, and viscous liquids with precision and efficiency.
