Operation
The mono pump is a screw pump that features an internally sealed gearing system, categorized as a rotor displacement pump. Its essential components include a stator with a two-start female thread and a rotor in planetary motion, connected via a universal coupling. The continuous meshing between the stator and rotor creates numerous sealed spaces that move axially without changing volume, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted transmission of the medium from the inlet port to the outlet port. This design makes it exceptionally suitable for pumping mediums containing solid matter, abrasive particles, and viscous liquids, without causing confusion or disruption.
