Operation
The mono pump is a sophisticated screw pump with internal gearing, belonging to the rotor displacement category. Its core component is a seamless combination of a stator with a two-start female thread and a rotor in planetary motion, driven by a universal coupling. As the stator and rotor mesh continuously, numerous sealed spaces are formed. These spaces move axially without changing volume, effectively transmitting the medium from the inlet to the outlet port. This ensures the medium is conveyed smoothly and uninterrupted, making the pump ideal for handling mediums with solid matter, abrasive particles, and viscous liquids.
